CANCELLATION TERMS IN CASE OF TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS DUE TO THE EVOLVING OF THE COVID-19 EPIDEMIC:
In the following cases, the normal cancellation policy associated with your booking will not be valid:
- 1. border shutdown by Italian government;
- 2. border shutdown by the clients’ country government or by the transiting country;
- 3. banning of non-essential trips;
- 4. flights cancellation due to Covid-19 (email from the airline company);
- 5. shutdown of airports / train stations in Italy or in the clients’ country;
- 6. compulsory quarantine imposed by Italy or by the clients’ home country;
- 7. Client tested positive up to 14 days before the arrival (medical certificate);
- 8. hotel shutdown by government order;
- 9. ski resort / lifts shutdown by government order.
- In case of cancellation for one of the reasons mentioned above: Hermitage hotel will not apply penalties and the refund of the deposit paid will be granted or will be made it valid for a new stay, based on the guests’ preferences.
- In case of cancellation due to other reasons: the regular cancellation policy will be applied
