In collaboration with a certified safety consultancy company, we studied a detailed protocol to guarantee a safe stay and protect the health of our guests and all our staff. Our cleaning standards have been implemented, in compliance with the criteria suggested by the World Health Organization, with certified sanitation procedures. Each department has adopted detailed operating procedures, manuals and training programs, adapted and implemented with each regulatory update.
