Sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey: we start from the Aosta Valley with Fontina, a cheese which tells the history of an alpine territory, pastures and ancient production techniques. We cross the Alps and descend into Piedmont with Castelmagno a strong flavoured cheese which is often paired with honey. Climbing back up, we pass the wineries and stock up on over 700 wines and home-made grappa.
